House Rules

  • To be allowed check-in, all guests must present a Covid-19 negative certificate for a test conducted not more than 48 hours prior.
  • All guests should wear masks in public areas and sanitise their hands as frequently as possible. Hand sanitiser stations are provided on every floor, in the restaurant, lobby, event hall and other public areas.
  • Mandatory security deposit on arrival, point to be included.
  • Outside food and liquor is not allowed in the premises as per food and nutrition security guidelines affirmed by the Government notification.
  • Visitors shall not be allowed to go to the guest room under any circumstances, and may be met at the hotel lobby during permissible timing up to 22:00 hrs only, they may use the comfort of our public lounge for their convenient.
  • Room tariff is exclusive of government taxes.
  • Breakfast is not included in the room rate and depends on the accommodation package chosen.
  • All guests must present valid photo ID on check-in.
  • Check-out time is 11am. Please inform reception if you would like a late check-out, the extension for which will depend on availability. Normal tariff will be charged.
  • Management is not responsible in any way for guests’ belongings or property anywhere in the resort premises, including theft or pilferage.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Illegal items, including but not restricted to banned drugs, weapons, explosives, poisons, etc, are prohibited in the resort premises.
  • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves or any person for whom they are responsible.
  • All guests will conduct themselves in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the resort premises. Management reserves the right to request any guest to vacate their room or remove themselves from the hotel without providing a reason.
  • Guests are requested to comply with all government rules, regulations and laws during their stay with us.
