2. The exact size of the display will also vary according to the type/ height/ width of the Signage which will be given to you according to the location.
3. The client will provide the printed flex to be displayed or provide the artwork for the same which can be printed by us and the cost has to be bared by the client.

Terms & conditions
1. The display size will be 12’x4’ or 19’x4’ depending on the location of the BQS.
2. The client will provide the display material.
3. Transportation of the display material will be charged at actual.
4. Flex Mounting will be charged @Rs. 5/- per sq.ft
5. No cancellation will be accepted during the tenure of the contract period.
6. Service tax at the prevailing rate will be charged on the total bill amount.
Hoardings
We can offer hoardings of various sizes throughout Goa. Rates vary from Rs. 12/- to Rs. 15/- per sq ft.
Flex fixing @ Rs 5 per sq ft. We prepare also flex, on providing the CD @ Rs. 15/- per sq ft.

Mobile Billboard
1) The mobile billboard is a novel way of advertising your product and services. It gives you the advantage of having your advertisement at various sites. The attractiveness of the display and the effect of the lighting draw’s the attention of even a casual passer-by.
2) The vehicle of Regular Billboard has three displays, two measuring 18 ft (W) x 8 ft (H) each on either side of the vehicle and one measuring 2 ft (W) x 8 ft (H) at the rear of the vehicle. The hydraulic vehicle has two displays measuring 20 ft (W) x 10 ft (H). The mobile billboards are well lit in the night.
3) The vehicle will be available for 10 hours continuous each day. The timings and locations shall be decided jointly by Primeslots Events Pvt Ltd. and the Client.
4) The vehicle is permitted to move all over Goa. A total distance of up to 60 Km each day, starting from our office and ending at our office, is included in the rate. Any distance above 60 Km will be charged @ Rs. 12 per km.
5) The rates are as follows:
Hydraulic Rs. 2500/- per day
Non-Hydraulic Rs. 2000/- per day
Advertising Vehicle Rs. 20,000/- per month
6) The above rates include rentals, electrical fittings, electricity charges, generator municipal taxes, maintenance, cleaning for the period of contract.
7) The advertising material is to be provided by the client on a CD in Corel Draw format. The charges for flex and printing will be Rs.15 per sq ft.
8) Charges for fixing will be Rs. 5/- per sq ft.
9) Service charges @ 10.3% on all charges, and any other taxes levied by the Government will be applicable
10) Full payment along with taxes is to be made in advance by cheque/demand draft favoring “M/s Primeslots Events Pvt Ltd” on or before the date of signing of the contract.
11) Primeslots Events Pvt ltd reserves the right to the Mobile Display as per the agreement with the local authorities.
Police Booth (Traffic Pedestal)
